Diversity & Inclusion


We're proud to foster a company culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion. Promoting these values is important to us and helps us better meet the needs of our student members, partners, and employees. We aim to ensure that everyone who works or communicates with us feels welcomed and accepted.

Our workplace and community initiatives in support of this goal include:

  • - implementing a company-wide policy on addressing all communications with students in a gender-neutral fashion
  • - developing an internal system that keeps track of our members’ chosen names
  • - requiring employees to attend educational webinars on 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion on a yearly basis
  • - launching service offerings designed to support 2SLGBTQIA+ student communities, such as coverage for gender-affirming care and legal assistance for students on their gender affirmation journeys
  • - partnering with the Social Collective, a non-profit organization that supports various community and social initiatives for students
