Our Role

Defining “Plan administrator”


Your student Plan helps cover the cost of important health-care services that aren't covered by provincial health care. On behalf of your student association, ASEQ | Studentcare:

  • negotiates a collective Plan that has the best mix of benefits, saving students millions of dollars in medical costs each year

  • communicates Plan details to students through the use of websites, information in student newspapers, info guides, emails, posters around campus, etc.

  • through the Care Centre, answers questions about the Plan and liaises with the insurance company to resolve complex cases

  • collects feedback from students on Plan satisfaction and awareness

  • and more!
