The current policy year is from Sept. 1, 2024 – Aug. 31, 2025 (for new September students), from Jan. 1 – Aug. 31, 2025 (for new January students) or from May 1 - Aug. 31, 2025 (for new May students).

Students must have primary insurance coverage to access their UAGSA Extended Health & Dental Plan. This includes the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan, the University of Alberta Health Insurance Plan, or equivalent.
