Vision and travel benefits are included in the Health portion.

Health & Dental Plan

Automatically covered students

• • Most full-time students (i.e. students enrolled in 9 or more credits) in the Fall Term who are CSU members, including:
  
  - Full-time students studying at the Squamish and Sechelt campuses
  - Students taking online courses
  - Students attending courses at other off-campus locations
  

Students not automatically covered but eligible to self-enrol

• • Part-time students who are CSU members


• • New Spring and Summer Term students

All enrolments must be completed during the Change-of-Coverage Period. If you’re not sure if you're eligible, check your student fee account online to see if the “CSU Health Plan” and "CSU Dental Plan" line items are on your tuition statement, or contact Studentcare.

If you're an Indigenous student funded by your nation, your nation may not cover the Plan fee. If you have FNHA health and dental coverage and would like to opt out of the Plan, be sure to complete the opt-out process online.

Please note that students and their dependants aren't covered for out-of-province or out-of-country emergency services once they reach age 65. For more details, contact Studentcare.

Coverage for Your Family
