For inquiries about claims, contact the Green Shield Customer Service Centre at 1-888-711-1119.
We wanted to proactively share that due to the union strike at GreenShield, the insurer call centre is not available to answer questions by phone. You can still access online services through gsceverywhere.ca where you can submit claims, see coverage details, and find your Pay-Direct Card.
