Have you completed your studies at your academic institution?

Are you part of any of the following categories of students?
  • AMS and GSS members who are students at UBC in September or January and who pay AMS fees for the Health & Dental Plan. This includes: 
    • Full-time and part-time students
    • International students
    • Students auditing a course
    • Co-op students on work term in September or for a full year
  • Students enrolled at Regent College for 3 or more credit hours
  • Full-time and part-time students at the Vancouver School of Theology (VST)
  • Students taking two or more on-campus courses at St. Mark's College

Self Enrolment

If you have exceptional circumstances and can document them, you can submit a self-enrolment request in writing.
